Supervisor, Gateway Production (Starlink) – 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Lead hourly workforce on Starlink Gateway production line.
• Oversee build, test, and troubleshooting of hardware.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and layout.
• Mentor team; assist with design decisions and technical issues.
• Establish area metrics for training, flow, and defect reduction.
• Hands-on assembly and testing of hardware when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in manufacturing/production.
• 1+ year leading a team or project.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or test environment.
• 2+ years with safety-critical systems or heavy equipment.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
