Thermal, structural, and tolerance analyses using hand calcs and FEA
Create 3D models, production drawings, and maintain design data
Failure analysis of components as it relates to thermal, loads, vibration and shock
Interface with machine shops and production teams to ensure manufacturability
Own the hardware delivery timeline from inception to integration

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
1+ years in mechanical/electromechanical design and analysis
Experience with CAD and FEA software
Proficiency in hand calculations, FEA, and CAD
Exposure to high-volume production designs and manufacturability
Experience with thermal or structural FEA and vibration environments
