🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years in chemical engineering design, analysis, or implementation.
- Hands-on experience with complex fluid/mechanical production systems.
- Experience moving products from design to manufacturing for high volume.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with solar cell equipment: wet chemistry, PE-CVD, PVD, metallization.
