Develop and manage global supply base for outsourced parts through NPI and production
Collaborate with suppliers on sourcing and cost strategies for platform/new product
Guide design for manufacturability, onboarding requirements, and quality
Serve as supplier interface for RFI, RFP, RFQ
Monitor trends and partner with design teams to mitigate supply risks
Drive adoption of low-cost parts and prevent obsolescence

🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree or bachelor's with 2+ years in related fields, or 6+ years
Experience in purchasing, supplier development, and cost management
Experience with NPI and mass production
Experience reading technical drawings, BOMs, data sheets
Experience with piece-price and tooling negotiation
Travel up to 50%, extended hours, on-site presence required
