🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years in chemical engineering design, analysis, or system implementation.
- Hands-on experience with complex fluid/mechanical production systems.
- Experience scaling products from design to high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience with solar cell equipment: wet processing, PE-CVD, PVD, metallization, inspection.
- Willing to travel; able to work extended hours and weekends.
