Own RF systems for Starlink hardware, incl. phased arrays and antennas.
Design, implement, and verify small router antennas and reflector systems.
Create EM simulation models for antennas, filters, and PCB layouts.
Collaborate with EE, ME, DSP and software teams from concept to production.
Develop design validation and production test solutions for high-volume products.
Write Python automation to test units and equipment.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
5+ years RF experience with antennas or communications systems
5+ years RF test equipment: spectrum analyzers, VSAs, VNAs, network analyzers
5+ years programming in Python, C#, C++, or MATLAB
Master's or PhD in RF/antenna engineering (preferred)
Experience designing wireless communications systems
ITAR: U.S. citizen/national or eligible for export authorizations
Ability to work extended hours or weekends for mission deadlines
