🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
5+ years in chemical engineering design or system implementation
Hands-on experience with complex fluid or mechanical production systems
Experience transitioning products from design to large-scale manufacturing
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to travel for machine buyoffs/startups
