Manage CapX, staffing, equipment specs, layouts, and build processes.
Develop and manage engineering capacity, schedules, and project plans.
Lead process design refinement with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or materials engineering.
6+ years of high-precision machining.
Experience taking products from R&D into production.
Strong 3D CAD skills; Siemens NX experience.
Experience with injection molding, CNC, die casting, stamping, and assembly.
Willing to travel ~30%; able to lift 25 lbs and stand long periods.
