🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Software/Automation Engineering, or Process Engineering.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
  • Experience in data analysis using Python, SQL, and R.
  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or science (preferred).
  • Excellent written and executive communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced environments; project management certification or Agile/Lean.
