Network Operations Technician (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Operate Starlink network at scale; respond to real-time events and anomalies.
• Triage incidents and coordinate with engineering teams and partners.
• Manage changes and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
• Improve uptime and performance of the Starlink network.
• Collaborate with the NOC to improve operational processes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience troubleshooting and operating network/IT/security systems (NOC/SOC/Data Center).
• Preferred: IT certifications (Network+, Security+, CCNA, JNCIA).
