Serve as technical point of contact for rocket parts; solve supplier challenges and mitigate risk.
Own NPI of new rocket assemblies; identify methods, suppliers, and ramp-to-rate process.
Conduct DFM reviews to ensure parts are manufacturable early.
Work with procurement to vet suppliers for quality and takt-time.
Create specifications to flow down quality and manufacturing requirements.
Scope out new forming, cutting, and inspection technologies to improve rate/quality/efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
1+ years in manufacturing/inspection of mechanical products.
Master’s degree in engineering or business.
Understanding of propulsion/fluid systems and fabrication processes.
Sheet metal forming/assembly processes including stamping, hydroforming, and related stainless and carbon steels.
ITAR: U.S. citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations.
