🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business fields
7+ years of experience in engineering or operations
1+ years direct people management experience
Ability to champion cross-functional projects with competing priorities
Exceptional external interface and public speaking skills
ITAR: Eligible to obtain required export authorizations
