Machine Maintenance Specialist (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Provide reliability support for Starlink production equipment in Redmond.
• Lead end-to-end equipment improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate with Tool/Area Engineering to design and implement machine upgrades.
• Develop and execute reliability and safety projects with timelines and ROI.
• Attend CDRs to provide feedback and support PM/BOM build-out.
• Create/modify preventive maintenance instructions to reduce recurring failures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 4+ years related experience.
• 2+ years hands-on manufacturing reliability, design, or maintenance.
• 3+ years troubleshooting technical problems in manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP, ERP, and CMMS systems.
• Experience leading technicians through troubleshooting and RCA.
• GD&T, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, P&IDs.
