Ensure reliability and quality of Starlink products through manufacturing, test, and installation.
Communicate and resolve quality issues for the Starlink product department.
Document production non-conformances per prescribed procedures.
Support root cause investigations on Starlink products.
Field return triage and root cause analysis.
PCB solder rework and x-ray inspections of production MRB for root cause.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with root cause/corrective action systems.
Self-motivated, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities.
Practical experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Willing to work onsite in Bastrop, TX and full shifts/overtime/weekends.
