Hardware Reliability Technician, Root Cause (Starlink Product)

📋 Description

• Communicate and resolve quality issues for Starlink products
• Document production non-conformances per procedures
• Support quality management system policies and documentation
• Support root cause investigations on Starlink products
• Field return triage and root cause analysis
• PCB solder rework and X-ray inspections of MRB for root cause

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years in a production, mechanical, or manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field
• Experience with root cause/corrective action systems
• ISO 9001 quality management systems experience
