📋 Description

  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, arrange travel, screen calls.
  • Perform confidential admin duties with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; prepare docs.
  • Exhibit attention to detail; adapt to daily schedules; focus on efficiency.
  • Provide project management; staffing/onboarding/space planning/efficiency strategy.
  • Organize and set up department events.
  • This onsite role is based in Hawthorne, CA; occasional travel to other sites/vendors.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree + 2+ yrs admin, or 6+ yrs admin.
  • 5+ yrs MS Office and project management tools.
  • Experience supporting a high-level executive in a fast-paced startup.
  • Experience as an executive assistant.
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

🎁 Benefits

  • Pay range: $75,000 - $145,000 per year
