Oversee day-to-day EHS site management for a fast-paced construction project.
Implement, enforce, and audit the site EHS program for SpaceX employees and contractors.
Develop and maintain safety observations from hazard identifications and inspections.
Collaborate to establish PPE requirements and health and safety policies.
Monitor exposure to hazards during normal and emergency operations.
Investigate incidents and write root-cause reports to drive corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
1+ year in EHS design, development & oversight in construction.
Preferred: engineering degree with emphasis in occupational health and safety.
CHST certification and CSP preferred.
Experience with high-risk activities: steel, electrical safety, excavation, confined space.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
