🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
- 3+ years hands-on BIM Specialist/Modeler experience in construction/engineering.
- 5+ years BIM coordination experience on high-rise projects (preferred).
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; BIM plugins; Dynamo familiarity.
- Experience with reality capture/laser scanning, VR/AR, cloud collaboration (BIM 360/ACC).
- Strong interdisciplinary coordination, clash detection, federated modeling.
