πŸ“‹ Description

  • Provide technical support for residents, staff, and employees across spaces.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues on-site, remote, or via tickets.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot networks, displays, AV, printers, and laptops.
  • Support Wi-Fi networks, IoT devices, and connectivity solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT Services, AV, Networking, facilities and operations teams.
  • Create user-friendly documentation and training materials for users.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years IT support or technical role experience.
  • Experience with Windows, MacOS, iOS, and ChromeOS in enterprise.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP.
  • Knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, VPNs) and hardware troubleshooting; AV experience.
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and work overtime/weekends.
