- Provide technical support for residents, staff, and employees across spaces.
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues on-site, remote, or via tickets.
- Maintain and troubleshoot networks, displays, AV, printers, and laptops.
- Support Wi-Fi networks, IoT devices, and connectivity solutions.
- Collaborate with IT Services, AV, Networking, facilities and operations teams.
- Create user-friendly documentation and training materials for users.
π― Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years IT support or technical role experience.
- Experience with Windows, MacOS, iOS, and ChromeOS in enterprise.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP.
- Knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, VPNs) and hardware troubleshooting; AV experience.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and work overtime/weekends.
