Own and review final plan documents; ensure submission-ready.
Develop standardized plan sets, standards, and checklists.
Guide teams on plan status and readiness for stamping/submission.
Collaborate to resolve issues and optimize designs for SpaceX iteration.
Stay current on civil codes and permitting to support Starbase timelines.
This position is based in Starbase, TX; onsite, extended hours and periodic travel.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas; able to stamp plans.
1+ years civil eng experience including PM, plan development, permitting.
Aerospace or large-scale industrial environment experience.
Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and document management systems.
Willingness to relocate to Starbase, TX.
