Interface with internal teams and 3rd parties to organize regulatory deliverables
Partner with cross-department teams to define pad/facility design requirements
Perform quality checks of design drawings and manage third‑party inspections
Manage full lifecycle of permitting across CCSFS and KSC
Maintain positive relationships with SpaceX end users, contractors, and Spaceport Authority
Communicate permitting schedules and need-dates internally and externally

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or architecture
3+ years creating architectural, structural, civil, or MEP construction documents
Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
Experience in construction, project management, and tenant improvement
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, framing, and industrial gas
Able to read instructions and blueprints; strong written and verbal communication
