Space Simulation Technician, 3rd shift

📋 Description

• Perform thermal vacuum, thermal cycling, vibration, and shock tests.
• Support bench-top test setups and environment-specific test systems.
• Develop and modify testing procedures to meet requirements.
• Review test plans, requirements, SOWs, and fixture designs.
• Install instrumentation on test articles and log Tvac, vibe, and shock data.
• Maintain the test lab and equipment across vibration, thermal, and shock.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on mechanical experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years environmental testing experience (vibration and thermal testing).
• Aerospace facilities experience.
• EMI testing experience related to support and test setup.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple test environments.
