- Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability of avionics components and wire harnesses.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and onboard equipment for systems.
- Create and maintain manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and review supplier processes.
- Perform hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of systems per specs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (May 2024 to July 2026).
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Long Beach, CA.
