📋 Description

• Develop training materials for Crew Dragon crewmembers
• Schedule, plan, and conduct Dragon crew training
• Coordinate with customers and partners for operations training
• Script, test, automate, and troubleshoot training simulations
• Create new training tools to improve efficiency
• Train for and operate the Dragon spacecraft

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years of technical training in safety-critical environments
• 1+ years coding in Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with launch vehicles or spacecraft systems
• Strong written and verbal communication of technical information
• Experience training personnel for challenging operational roles
