📋 Description

• Lead SPAC audits for US and international firms.
• Manage audits from planning to completion and coordinate teams.
• Deliver high-quality work papers and robust conclusions.
• Lead SPAC and de-SPAC engagements including IPO reporting.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and audit teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fully or near-qualified designation (ACCA, CA(SA) or equivalent).
• 6+ years of public accounting external audit experience.
• Recent audit experience (not out of audit for more than 2 years).
• Recent experience with SPAC audits.
• Exposure to international audits.
