- Passionate about wellness and delivering engaging client experiences.
- Outstanding customer service mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience with consultation-based customer service.
- Spa therapy qualification or certification preferred.
- Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, French or another language.
- Experience supporting promotional events within the community.
