- Define and maintain the enterprise SOX control framework (scope, risk, design, docs)
- Align SOX program with evolving activities, products, systems, and regs
- Oversee annual SOX risk assessment, scoping, and materiality
- Lead design and implementation of key/non-key controls (manual, automated, IT-dependent)
- Drive remediation of control deficiencies with sustainable actions
- Coordinate with auditors; Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in SOX, internal controls, or risk management
- Strong SOX 404, PCAOB, COSO knowledge for control design/testing
- Ability to influence senior leaders without authority
- Deep experience with core finance/operational processes (rev rec, financial reporting, procurement, payroll)
- Experience managing ITGCs and ITACs
- ERP and control automation familiarity (NetSuite, Workiva, Workday, RPA)
