SOX Analyst

📋 Description

• Liaise with internal/external SOX auditors; deliver PBC evidence for smooth audits.
• Own end-to-end UAR lifecycle for SOX systems; evidence collection and tracking.
• Validate change management processes by reviewing docs, approvals, and SoD controls.
• Monitor IT operations controls: job scheduling and disaster recovery/backup testing.
• Maintain SOX documentation; identify opportunities to automate evidence collection.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years IT audit or SOX experience; Big Four preferred.
• Deep knowledge of SOX (incl. Section 404) and COSO framework.
• Risk assessment, control design evaluation, and operating effectiveness testing.
• Strong ITGCs knowledge and relation to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Ability to manage complex, recurring compliance processes with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with control owners and auditors.
• Certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CPA preferred.
