SOX Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for SOX auditors; coordinate and deliver PBC evidence for audits
• Own end-to-end UAR lifecycle for SOX systems, including evidence collection
• Validate change management docs, approvals, and SoD controls
• Monitor IT Operations controls: scheduling, disaster recovery, and backup testing
• Maintain SOX documentation; identify opportunities to streamline evidence collection and enable automation

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in IT audit, SOX, or internal audit (Big Four preferred)
• SOX Section 404 and COSO Internal Control Framework knowledge
• Risk assessments, control design effectiveness, and operating effectiveness testing
• Strong ITGC understanding and relation to financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Ability to manage complex recurring compliance processes with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication; interface with auditors and control owners
• Certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CPA preferred
