Manage supplier base with a documented supplier management playbook.
Evaluate suppliers on capability, quality, reliability, and price.
Drive make-vs-buy decisions and push engineering to favorable designs.
Execute RFIs/RFPs, select suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms.
Onsite at Starbase, TX with travel up to 50%.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2+ years in technical sourcing, procurement, or planning
Reading drawings and blueprints
Technical knowledge in a commodity (composites, machining, avionics)
Global sourcing with various contract models
ERP systems; ITAR compliance (US citizen/eligible)
