• Scout North America vendor partners with fast lead times.
• Onboard vendors quickly with clear test criteria and scalability.
• Improve supplier operations; expand base; lower costs and improve terms.
• Manage capacity at supplier and style levels to scale.
• Ambassador to partners; build relationships with continuous improvement.
• Drive higher hit-rate launches via product excellence and speed.
• Strategic sourcing view for USA, Canada, and Europe.
• Lead at 30k ft and 3k ft with diverse stakeholders; stay scrappy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in sourcing/merchandising in home softlines with U.S. high-end brands.
• Consumer-focused leader with strategic vision and strong communication.
• Self-motivated, quick self-starter, fast learner.
• Detail-oriented with data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical mindset; execution and process improvement.
• Curious, proactive learner; adaptable.
• Background in supply chain or operations in retail.
• Collaborative; strong interpersonal skills and presentations.
• Resilient under pressure; bold and driven to impact.
• Based in US/Latin America (remote); travel 1-2x per month.
• Preferred: Experience with high-end softline brands.
• Preferred: Experience as an e-commerce Category Manager.
