Sourcing Manager (Raptor)

📋 Description

• Balance cost, reliability, and production rate using risk decisions.
• Analyze supplier spend, capacity, and capabilities to shape strategies.
• Develop and maintain supplier base; monitor cost, quality, delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement sourcing and cost plans.
• Ensure timely fulfillment and inventory health per MRP.
• Own inventory health; coordinate with production/engineering to scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree + 3+ yrs in Engineering/Purchasing/SCM.
• BS + 5+ yrs in related fields; or 9+ yrs.
• Experience in engineering/purchasing/contract negotiation and SCM.
• NPI/MP experience; read drawings and BOMs.
• Vendor mgmt, contract negotiation, cost reductions.
• Analytical with MS Office; SQL/Access.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
