  • Place purchase orders and resolve blocked invoices related to assigned category
  • Forecast demand, evaluate capacity, and manage supply signals
  • Track high risk components and supplier delivery performance

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in purchasing/procurement or 9+ years engineering in lieu
  • Experience with MRP or ERP systems; BOMs, work orders, and purchase orders
  • Forecasting, demand planning, and lead time analysis
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated; able to respond quickly to fast-moving environments
  • Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects
  • Strong track record for achieving results with quantified impact
  • Excel, SQL, and PowerBI data analysis
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and machines (mills, lathes, waterjet, laser, sheet metal)
  • Familiar with finishes and coatings (paint, powder coat, anodize, heat treatment)
  • APICS/Six Sigma certification or similar
  • Effective written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
  • Self-learning and applying new tools and techniques
  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize to meet customer and company needs
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed to meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 20-50% of the work week
  • Must be able to work onsite; remote work not considered
