🎯 Requirements

5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain; jewelry preferred.
Education: BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
Market knowledge: jewelry trends, materials (diamonds, lab-grown, 14K gold).
Negotiation: strong vendor negotiation skills.
Analytical: data-driven analysis of vendor performance and quality.
Self-motivated; strong written and verbal communication.
