Sourcing Manager, Contract Manufacturing (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Conduct supplier analysis to form strategic sourcing plan and ensure supply continuity.
• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and enable ongoing cost reductions.
• Build budgets and capex plans, focusing on total cost of ownership.
• Manage supplier base with forecasting and tier 2-3 supplier coordination.
• Oversee contract manufacturer daily ops: capacity, equipment, material readiness.
• Issue POs and manage MRP to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 5+ yrs in supply chain/prod/engineering, or 9+ yrs without degree.
• 1+ years procurement experience in high-volume contract manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics supply chain, capex planning, and negotiations.
• Experience in managing NPI and mass production with contract manufacturers.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
