🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree +3 yrs in engineering/purchasing/contracting/ops or BA +5 yrs in these fields.
- Experience with construction, facilities, or industrial plant mgmt and procurement cycles.
- Technical background to speak with engineers, contractors, and field teams; strong contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with industry codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IBC, OSHA) and delivery methods (design-bid-build, CMAR, design-build).
- Hands-on procurement lifecycle: bidding, bid tabulation, prequalification/evaluation, contract administration.
- Travel up to 50%, onsite at Starbase, TX; extended hours as needed.
