📋 Description

• Scout for vendor partners in China with high quality and fast production lead times.
• Pitch and onboard vendor partners quickly with clear test criteria and scalability.
• Drive supplier ops to improve cost, quality, and lead time across Quince.
• Act as an ambassador to partners, building strong relationships and collaboration.
• Drive faster development times and higher hit-rate launches through product excellence.
• Own and scale the apparel sourcing operation, expanding the supplier base.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in apparel sourcing/merchandising, women's activewear, with top US brands.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and quickly learn challenges.
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Analytical mindset focused on execution, process improvement, and brand enhancement.
• Product development expertise, leveraging factory/vendor know-how to speed time-to-market.
• Curiosity, continuous learning, and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Supply chain or operations background with retail experience.
• Collaborative, excellent written and verbal communication and presentation.
