- GM mindset with lean manufacturing, JIT, and supply chain optimization.
- Organized, detail-oriented, execution-focused.
- Strong relationships across internal teams and suppliers.
- Proactive and able to self-manage in a remote setting.
- Fluent Spanish and excellent communication; bachelor’s preferred.
