Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate rates, and oversee purchasing of promo products.
• Source, evaluate and select suppliers; build vendor network as we scale.
• Own end-to-end sourcing, pricing, and fulfilment; curate catalogs and lookbooks.
• Balance speed, cost, and quality in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales to deliver client campaigns.
• Ensure items are accurately priced, stocked, and meet client quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products.
• Proven supplier/vendor management; negotiating pricing, terms, agreements.
• Strong understanding of design principles; able to communicate them clearly.
• Experience with promo software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or similar.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Highly organized; able to prioritize multiple workstreams across stakeholders.
