🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in director-level Strategic Sourcing or Procurement for major US retailers
- Global partner factory connections in Woven/Knit Top (APAC, IST, EMEA)
- Product-focused with design, cost-engineering, and regional material knowledge
- Lean/JIT manufacturing mindset with supply chain background
- Deep understanding of cost; drive savings via clean sheets and tactics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical; execution-focused
- Continuous learner, curious and proactive when adapting to change
- Business savvy; embraces technology/AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
