- Experience enabling factory/vendor design, cost engineering, and market launch.
- GM mindset with supply chain background and lean/JIT manufacturing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical; execution-focused.
- Continuous learner, curious; open to new perspectives; proactive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
