Develop end-to-end sourcing strategy for Kidswear/Babywear with multi-sourcing.
Onboard manufacturing partners to D2C and coach on rapid replenishment (M2C).
Educate partners on Quince OS: Operational Excellence, Financial Model, Technical Integration (Vendor Portal).
Drive continuous improvement to hit KPIs: lead times, ROIC, supplier performance.
Lead catalog expansion with Merchandising and PD; run QBRs with partners.
Coordinate with global partners across APAC.

🎯 Requirements

15+ years of strategic sourcing/procurement or supplier management with US retailers.
Deep APAC kid & baby apparel factory connections.
Product-focused; leverage factories/vendor expertise to design and cost products.
GM mindset with supply chain and lean/JIT manufacturing experience.
Highly organized, analytical, execution-focused; strong problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills; Bachelor's degree preferred.
