🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in director-level Strategic Sourcing or Procurement with major US retailers.
- Global partner factory connections in Dress & Skirt categories (APAC, IST, EMEA).
- Product-obsessed; leverage factories to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market.
- GM mindset with supply chain and manufacturing (lean/JIT) experience.
- Strong cost understanding; drive savings via clean sheets and negotiations.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
