• Built/led high-volume procurement execution or contract ops with SLA ownership.
• Designed and managed distributed delivery models (contractor/BPO).
• Strong command of software and services terms; quick-turn negotiations.
• White-glove service mindset under pressure; crisp updates and escalation.
• Use metrics as a management system; improve throughput and quality.
• Practical experience applying AI in sourcing and contracting workflows.
