- Own end-to-end 3P procurement and account management across facilities.
- Lead category sourcing for Produce/Grocery to meet 3P needs.
- Manage short-term purchasing and develop long-term strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
- Monitor vendor performance and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Inventory Planning, Merchandising, Operations, and Transportation.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years in Category Management or wholesale procurement.
- Produce experience required; food experience preferred.
- Ecommerce and digital experience; meal kit experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience +3 years.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of USDA Organic, Fair Trade, and food safety regulations.
