Sourcing and Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage full requisition-to-PO lifecycle in Zip.
• Partner with stakeholders to align requirements with procurement policy.
• Review requisitions for scope, pricing, docs, and approvals.
• Manage supplier onboarding and vetting with internal teams.
• Support contract workflows in Ironclad before PO issuance.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice queries.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of procurement and sourcing experience
• Strong experience managing P2P systems (Zip preferred)
• Experience running sourcing events and negotiating commercial agreements
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
