Sourcing Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for services engagements (CX BPO, marketing).
• Partner with internal requesters to clarify scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Review and negotiate commercial terms with vendors; coordinate with Legal and Security.
• Serve as Coinbase external-facing representative in vendor communications.
• Use Zip, Ironclad, and Google Workspace to manage workflows.
• Collaborate with BPO partners to balance volume and cycle times.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in strategic sourcing or procurement roles.
• BA/BS degree; analytical focus preferred.
• Experience with services categories (BPO, marketing, professional services).
• Strong quantitative skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with Zip and Ironclad.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, async environment with multiple stakeholders.
