🎯 Requirements
- Experience in talent sourcing or recruiting focusing on Sales/Customer Success

- Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Experience with ATS and managing candidate pipelines
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with global teams
- Nice to have: Experience sourcing for SaaS or tech companies
- Nice to have: Exposure to hiring across multiple regions or time zones
