🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in-house at high-growth companies.
- Experience sourcing for a variety of non-technical roles (finance, legal, marketing, policy, operations, sales, partnerships, customer success).
- Proven skill in identifying and engaging high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring teams and act as a trusted talent advisor.
- Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Enthusiasm for connecting people to meaningful work and curiosity about technology and AI.
