🎯 Requirements

5+ years sourcing technical roles (forward deployed engineers, software, ML/AI).
Track record of delivering healthy candidate volume with responsiveness.
Strong track record of hiring top 1% talent.
High adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Excellent communication across diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
